Mark Niedziela is a lifelong resident of Passaic County, New Jersey. Mark graduated cum laude from The Catholic University of America in 2015 with a B.A. degree in Politics with minors in French and Pre-Law. Mr. Niedziela attended St. John’s University School of Law where he competed in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition and served on the Executive Board of the New York International Law Review. After graduating from St. John’s in 2018, Mr. Niedziela interned in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Bergen County, with the civil division for the Hon. Walter F. Skrod, J.S.C. After completing that clerkship, Mr. Niedziela served Passaic County as an Assistant Prosecutor where he handled hundreds of criminal cases including assaults, firearms, domestic violence, drugs, and other felony offenses. Mr. Niedziela also argued dozens of cases before the New Jersey Appellate Division and handled appeals before the New Jersey Supreme Court, New Jersey Federal Court for the District of New Jersey, and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Court.

Mr. Niedziela is an experienced attorney and has always been passionate about helping others and being able to use his skills to give victims a voice and opportunity to fight for justice.
